    Calories: 1641 ; I’ve been involved in another challenge where I can’t drink anything but water, black coffee or tea. Can’t add any flavorings of any kind! It’s amazing how much less I eat when I know I can’t wash my food down with my favorite Coke Zero soda! I actually stayed Under Calories today, it still sucked! Just Two more days of not going into a de-caffeinated rage!

    13k steps, 35 minutes on exercise bike. Felt like I had double the energy and endurance on exercise bike today, weird. Maybe I needed to pull back a bit to regain energy. Will see how it goes next days! :)

    17k steps, 0 minutes on exercise bike. Was travelling most of the day and by evening my legs were so tired I realised I don't need to use the exercise bike. Fitbit claims i burned 2k calories just by walking really fast!

    I joined an exercise group and we get together for 30 minutes every morning (7:00 - 7:30 am). I hope this helps to move the needle.

    Exercise: yes; over 20,000 steps taken today went on a walk and my walking app glitched and paused during the walk so I dont have a true measurement. But my steps are true :) and I also did a 30 minutes HIIT which was intense for me 😬 but I feel good

    16k steps, 15 minutes on exercise bike. Was with a friend the entire day, so couldn't do my full exercise, but still did enough! Next days will be a bit hectic too for me, so my main goal is just to keep exercise up at good levels.

    Gained 7.2 pounds. I know I slid a little the past week or so, drinking more soda and eating more snacks, but this is an absurd weight reaction.

    My hectic week continues, so my aim is just to keep myself as active as possible! Have someone visiting me for some days, so It's a bit harder to do everything daily. But so far I'm on track and weight progress is still the same.
