    I’m going to freely tell you this last week has been a free for all. I’m working a ton of overtime and still trying to keep up with sports. I will get back to eating healthier as soon as I slow down just a little bit.

    My steps were not great last week. Hopefully this week they will be better. My work is shut down for the week, we have 3 kids with covid. My granddaughter has to go into quarantine. I have to go in for a few hours each day to do some work, get some cleaning done. Wednesday I get to go see the weight doctor, hoping it's going to work out well. We are supposed to be getting the hurricane but so far so good, only some rain on and off. Hopefully it stays that way.
