    I’ve also wondered about @SModa61 - I remember you were getting a home ready to sell….lots of work there …hopefully you haven’t given up on us?

    Sherri @SModa61 did let me know a cpl weeks ago that she was taking a few weeks "away" from the group due to the craziness and preparation of getting her house ready to sell and then move (all the contractors, chaos, etc.) She assured me that she would be back soon though...

    8/30/2021 (entered 8/31/2021 - I was so dead last night I fell asleep on the couch.)

    Exercise at least 20 minutes? Slightly quicker than sloth-paced, and a little longer, so I'll take it this time.
    Track everything? No... now that I think on it, no, I didn't. Oops.
    Stay within calorie goals? Nope. Hopefully will do better today.
