This challenge is ment to help us lose weight or maintain if that is where you are.
Every Saturday we will be checking in with our weight and how we did with each weeks challenges.
You can use your weight from earlier in the week during your regular weigh-in if you do not want to weigh again.
Each week we will copy and paste our post from the week before and add to it.

I did really well with my water this week. Got 64+ oz a day. Looking forward to the freggies challenge as I sometimes struggle with this.0 -

How did the freggies challenge go for week 2?
Week 3 challenge is to take 20 minutes to eat at least one meal. Remember this gives your body time to register if you are full. If there is some left on your plate it doesn't mean you have to eat it if you're full.

Week 7 challenge went ok. Could have done better. It was to eat less chocolate. Some days were good some were not so good.0 -
