Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Kitchen Closed? Yes
Did you go "nuts" with nuts today? No (13 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!
Pass day 0/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).
There is a saying in my native language that goes like this... "Getting stuck happens to everyone. But, if you stay in your stuck place for too long, you will smell and flies will visit you. Therefore, you need to move!"
Conclusion, there must something else to get you unstuck and moving. Motivation will not cut it. I have discovered good habits and consistency helps.6 -

So nice when you've found your path to getting unstuck! Now for me it's just a matter of finding ways to keep that momentum going no matter what
So true!!!2 -

@ashleycarole86 For so long I felt the same way.... and I found that my "motivation" would SO OFTEN eventually begin to fade. Others in this group helped me to realize that I can't count on my "motivation" so I have to learn to build HABITS that will carry me through the times when I seem to have little to no motivation. Building better habits has helped me tremendously.
Well said @mrs_hoffer2 -

Sept 13
Pass Day #2
Felt worse today than yesterday - hopefully my body is building immunity to COViD 🤞🏻 headache, fatigued, etc.
But I did get put &walk 2 hours + first thing & am still accruing steps > 14K
Calories - wayyy over
Exercise ❣️ Close to making up for yesterday
Tracked all❣️
1️⃣ Pass Day remaining
I forgot my #HealthFirst today
Protein was WAYYY too high
Ditto Sodium
This is what will wake me up.
Times like these - though few & far between - are what make me so grateful when my overeating is in “remission.”
I’m not beating myself up, but I am taking a serious notice of those numbers & really thinking about how bad that was for my one kidney.
Plan from this point on…
Track & LOOK at protein & sodium & calories BEFORE eating.
#HealthFirst
I know I can do this.8 -
Tracked - Yes
Stayed in calorie budget - Yes
Exercise - Yes, 3.5 mile run
