Goals/Comments:
So last week I gain 2.4lbs for the 1st time since doing this Whole Food Plant Base Lifestyle Journey so I reevaluate and adjusted my dinner. I believe it was the soy products as I tend to bloat. Anyway so instead of heavy dinner I replaced with fruit & veggie salad w/protein shake and after 3 days I lost 6.2lbs WOW! I only got on the scale today cause I had to weigh in for this other challenge (#100daychallenge )

It doesn’t help my mental state at all when I found out the reckless driver who hit me was going almost 100mph. I was going 60mph.

Once dinner comes I get lazy to track. Really need to get back to tracking all day. I always end up going over. I think if I know what I’m having for dinner I might start logging it before. Maybe that will make me think twice about my portion sizes at dinner too.1

Not my normal weigh-in day, but I am too excited to keep it to myself! I weigh 149.8 pounds this morning, and have made it to my "normal weight" category! I am 23.8 pounds to my goal weight of 126 pounds.
Also, today is my 6 month MFP anniversary and I have lost 75.2 pounds!
I joined this group on April 1st, when I weighed 218 pounds, and I have gone from one of the heaviest members of the group to the (current) lowest weight member, having lost 68.2 pounds since joining, and have lost at least 2 pounds every single week, and never once had to be reminded to post my weight (in truth, I can hardly wait to post my weekly losses, haha!)
Sorry to brag, but I'm doing good and I'm proud of myself! Being in this group has helped as I am determined not to let the group down.2
