Previous weight 186
Current weight 185Not my normal weigh-in day, but I am too excited to keep it to myself! I weigh 149.8 pounds this morning, and have made it to my "normal weight" category! I am 23.8 pounds to my goal weight of 126 pounds.
Also, today is my 6 month MFP anniversary and I have lost 75.2 pounds!
I joined this group on April 1st, when I weighed 218 pounds, and I have gone from one of the heaviest members of the group to the (current) lowest weight member, having lost 68.2 pounds since joining, and have lost at least 2 pounds every single week, and never once had to be reminded to post my weight (in truth, I can hardly wait to post my weekly losses, haha!)
Sorry to brag, but I'm doing good and I'm proud of myself! Being in this group has helped as I am determined not to let the group down.

Exercise yes. 30 min total body strength class and then I wasn’t going to go walking but my son wanted to go to the gym and none of his friends were able to meet him. He didn’t want to go by himself so I walked the track while he did his thing.

Great job. How do you get all your water in? I have such a hard time drinking enough water. And I don’t drink soda. Gave it up years ago.1 -
