    Sorry to brag, but I'm doing good and I'm proud of myself! Being in this group has helped as I am determined not to let the group down.

    Exercise yes. 30 min total body strength class and then I wasn’t going to go walking but my son wanted to go to the gym and none of his friends were able to meet him. He didn’t want to go by himself so I walked the track while he did his thing.

    Stressed as all get out. I pulled my right shoulder today, so that’s fun. Let’s prolong my recovery from car accident injuries, shall we?

    Exercise we hiked 4 miles today. Took us almost 2 hours but we had a great time.

    Great job. How do you get all your water in? I have such a hard time drinking enough water. And I don’t drink soda. Gave it up years ago.
