Tracked: Yes
Under Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes, 50 minute walk outside. It was lightly raining out but it felt nice, especially on my way up the hill. Had to be a bit more careful though, almost slipped a couple times on wet leaves, nettles.

Monday 09/20
Tracked: Yes
Under Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes, walked outside again, 46 minutes. Same distance as yesterday but did a bit faster. Normally don’t exercise on Mondays, am too tired after work but still had the energy and was rather frustrated by a coworker. A walk and the fresh airways just what I needed (I did also have a piece of chocolate that helped)1 -

Wednesday 09/22
Tracked: Yes
Under Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes, 50 minute walk outside. Also went grocery shopping and walked around 2000 steps at stores0 -
Thursday 09/23
Tracked: Yes
Under Calories: Yes
Exercise: Sorta, ran out of time for “official exercise” but did move around a lot. Was in the kitchen about two hours total, getting my lunches and dinners made for the next few days, cooked chicken for my next couple weeks of salads(tried baking breasts in oven for first time vs my normal of using a slow cooker) and last but not least cleaning up and putting everything away.
The effort it takes to cook healthy things is worth it, I know that but still… Meh. I'm thankful I just have to cook for myself though and now the next few days I don't have to worry about cooking anything but breakfast.

Sunday 09/26
Tracked: Yes
Under Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes, 43 minute walk outside. Odd the difference in motivation you can have in a day, felt better compared to yesterday, did my normal walk outside and did my fastest time yet on my normal loop. Only had to do one brief pause at the top of the hill. Soon will need to start increasing my distance by going on side streets along the way0 -
Monday 9/27
Tracked: Yes
Under Calories: Under maintenance but not a big deficit
Exercise: 20 minute Peloton video plus pt exercises
Lost my purse + car keys credit cards etc this morning and that threw off my first day back from my honeymoon. Made some good choices though.1 -

A lot of missing weights this week, if weights aren't posted, you won't roll over into October.
@midsummer174627

@reneeduke1 One week of not weighing is okay, but 2 will result in elimination from the challenge.0
