Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? You bet, started the day with 15 minutes Pilates, 14 minutes of yoga, and then went for a long hike in the mountains with my husband.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I did
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? You bet, every bite!6 -

1. Tracked it all β Sure did.
2. Kept within calorie limit? β Well under my daily allotment. Did get 80 g of protein today!
3. Moved for 20 minutes or more? β 75 minute walk in the morning before the heat rose to what could have been middle of summer π₯Ί We walked in the shade for as much of the walk as we could.

Thanks so much @ashleycarole86 β protein is my continuous challenge. I had a chicken breast on a huge salad today and that really helped - and it was so delicious! I cooked the chicken breasts from frozen in the air fryer. Why have I been defrosting them first!?! I rarely eat meat, but I cook it often as my husband really enjoys it. I just donβt often want to eat it.
Will be having this again tomorrow so Iβll be reporting higher protein achievement again!

Definitely not in the winner's circle, but I think I'm a champion.
@biketheworld, CONGRATULATIONS! That was a great ride! It's cooling off here, finally, so I'm hoping to spend a bit more time on my bike on the weekends.Tested negative this morning. That was a relief. Ais's gastritis biopsy showed just that - gastritis. Negative for stomach cancer. Thankfully. Still nothing on the ultrasound, which I figure means they didn't find anything out of the norm. The ceiling and closet are patched. The VHS tapes are going to a specialist tomorrow to see if they can be salvaged and the recordings transferred to DVD. Also, the guy is coming to paint the patched areas tomorrow. The carpet people are coming Thursday. My teacher daughter today found out that she'd been nominated for and won one of the AZ Diamondbacks' Most Valuable Teacher awards and she has been invited to attend the D'backs/Rockies game on Sunday! She invited me to go with her, if she gets a second ticket. Might just do so. Maybe I can see my son too. I'm supposed to go up and see him on the 9th, so I might just get to see him two weeks in a row! That makes my heart happy.

Monday was mostly taken up by travelling (in a coach), but I did walk down to town in the morning to the bus stop.
I made the silly mistake of selecting my lunch sandwich without reading the label. After I finished it I looked at the label - 956 calories!!! π That's more than half my daily allowance even with a serious amount of exercise (which I didn't get because I was sitting in a coach for 5 hours and it dinner time and dark by the time we got to our hotel)
Well, I wasn't in the running for Winners circle anyway.
But I'm here, recording it.8 -

This month flew past, I definitely will not be in winner circle, first half of month I hardly posted at all, much less tracked daily. I am working on getting back in the habit of tracking. Good thing too, My numbers are creeping upward.. Working on figuring out how to maintain . scale is holding in place..

@seilidhe - well you definitely had all kinds of good news! You needed it too after all thatβs happened recently.
@Healthymumlife - I hope you get the rest you need. Iβm going to assume youβve tried things like reading or background noise or the multitude of other recommendations for a good nights sleep. Sometimes I think itβs just a rhythm we get into. I canβt read or watch anything scary or too intense right before bed because it absolutely gives me terrible dreams. And if something startles me during the day (like a snake) I stop for a second and think about it or Iβm all but guaranteed that Iβll dream about it at night.3 -

Hi, yeah I have no trouble falling asleep itβs just the dreams. Iβve always been a vivid dreamer but I think I need to cut back on reading about certain things happening in the world at the moment. All the divide, the media, the fear mongering etc is definitely playing on my mind a lot. And I need to get back into meditation every day to clear my mind ππΌ3 -
