I'm not off to a particularly good start to the month. Another long and busy day at work. At some point I lost track of what I ate. I didn't exercise either since I logged off so late. However on a positive note, I didn't necessarily overeat either. It probably worked out to maintenance calories although I'll never know since I didn't track it...5

Making a come back from getting covid August 25th and being hospitalized from September 2nd til the 16th. Finally off of oxygen. So I can get back to walking but it is a painfully slow walk at the moment, but moving is moving.
Oh my goodness I’m glad you’re in the process of recovery. Take it slow and easy.4 -
Joining a few days late but I'm so glad I found this group! I've been tracking since January but my progress has stalled. I'm hoping this challenge will help things shift a bit. Thanks for having me!

Yes, yes and yes
I am late to post but it working out to my advantage because I can read everyone's posts and their goals. Some of these inspire me to do the same.
For me in October...
Read every post when possible (I learn so much!)
Drop a few more pounds if the body allows it
Meditation practice (increase my consistency)
Continue to work on push-ups and overall strength exercises
@tahm42 So glad to hear you are recovering! Take good care of yourself!3 -
