@ToadstoolBetty I had the same problem this week. While it's no laughing matter, I did find you comment funny. I've never seen someone explain that in that way, but it's literally what happens.0 -

I must stay as focused as possible.
It's my birthday on 25th and I'm off work for a week.
I've got 5lbs to go to find myself under 12st.
I've had my evening calls removed tomorrow and Wednesday after telling them I had to any hours.
And I have Tuesday and Thursday off.
I must keep myself busy and not sit on my bum too much eating otherwise I'll go backwards.
It's quite excited me yesterday when I realised I wasn't far away from getting out of that weight.
