    NSV of the month: mindset shift

    I just finished a long three week vacation that involved nights away, meals with family, tons of dinners out, and just a general disruption to my lifestyle. I did not use this as my normal excuse to go hog wild and lost weight over this period.

    Things weren't "perfect" and this no longer drives me into a binge.

    I feel my relationship with food has improved tremendously!

    @ashleycarole86 Ashley, this is HUGE!!!!!!! Very impressive! And how awesome that you could go on vacation and lose weight! Good for YOU!!!!! :love: (I love following your walks on MayMyWalk, by the way!) Great job!

    @snowshoe072 Inspiring NSV, congrats! Could you share which exercises were easy on your knees please? Can they be found on YouTube? Once our pool closes, I want to get into the habit of strength training/toning exercises - something completely foreign to me.
