Was a lb light yesterday but am a few days before my period and normally have a bit of a rise then.
On the plus side, today I mentioned to some friends that I haven't spent time with in a while that I needed hiking buddies, and that ended up me going on a hike today with a few of them and have plans next week with a couple others. Next week I may finally be getting to go to a place I have wanted to go back to for a few years. Love the waterfalls! I had been horribly out of shape, and then this year my plans to go fell through a couple times. Hopefully this time it will happen1 -

I haven't really been sure which group I was in or what was going on in this group tbh.
I'm in the process of moving right now so I've been working a lot and tracking pretty loosely, but I'm still losing weight and I'll be able to focus more next month once I'm settled into my new home.

Hello all, happy Friyay!
I had though last month about volunteering to help, but I would not be a very consistent team captain. I think it might be fun to merge with other teams, get to maybe have a more active group. It would be nice to see more people do daily check ins.
I understand it is hard for some to do, working close to full time hours last couple weeks has robbed my motivation to post, even though I have been pretty good calories wise, exercise not so much. I don’t have much in the way of family responsibilities like others has either.0 -
