This past weekend in Las Vegas set me back a bit. I was 153 when we got back on Tuesday. The weight is slowly coming down. I think most of it was water. We had sushi night one night for dinner and another day pizza for lunch (I just had one slice of pepperoni). Regardless, since we got back, I have been working hard on staying within my macros and drinking copious amounts of water.1 -

Well, that didn't work, gained 7 pounds, probably water weight.
What I have been doing are 5 minute exercises every hour, dumbbell, walking, dancing, and exercise pedals (think exercise bike, but only the pedals attached to a stand), plus trying to reach daily step count goals. After I hurt my leg earlier this year (twice) I set a minimum goal of walking 250 steps (which I always met and went over) and then added 250 steps the following. I think I missed a few weeks where I was supposed to increase it, but it's at 2000 steps for this week and I'll have it at 2,500 next week.
I'm thinking of adding Tae Bo back into my exercise routine, even though the last time I did that and found out the calorie, burn I tried doing it for two hours a day when 30 minutes would have been fine.2 -
