My sister and I visited my parents yesterday. We talked about what furniture, dishes, etc. we both might want to take once they move into a retirement home. Then I got home and learned that one of our farmer customers had died over the weekend. He was in the barn. He fell off a ladder, hit his head and had a brain haemorrhage. He was in the barn building an ice rink for the grand kids!! He was only 61. You never know when it is your time. It could all be over in the blink of an eye. It makes me realize that things like "furniture and dishes" really don't matter! And it makes me want to shout...."WHY HAVE I BEEN WASTING SO MUCH PRECIOUS TIME?"
It is going to rain all day today, so I had better get out for a short walk before it starts!

Late post…
I worked out Monday walking 3.80 miles
I stayed within my daily calories
I drank my gallon of water too.
Tuesday I wasn’t feeling well so no workout. I stayed within my daily calories and I drank my gallon of water.
Today I worked out. I walked 4.06 miles and I was able to jog one of those miles without stopping. My short term goal is to jog 3 miles daily like I was doing before covid and the shutdown. I also biked 4.56 miles on my exercise bike this evening. I stayed within my daily calories, but did not drink my gallon of water.2 -
