@donna25trinity I didnβt realise that βbus stop exercisesβ was a real thing β I just use it to describe the way I use the time. I think I mentioned it before a few weeks/months ago. I march back and forth, some leg curls, some bicep curls, sometimes both. Punching the air in front and up, even doing jacks (half jacks these days ) and various other movements. My boyfriend complains that Iβm embarrassing him but I point out that thereβs no one around who knows us and anyway, I want to keep fit and trim. Itβs such a waste of time just standing for 15 minutes. (we were at the bus stop very early)

Within goal: even with a relatively "calorie-expensive" home-assembled pizza for supper, only minimal exercise calories applied
On weekends, when I sleep late and therefore only have 2 meals and one or 2 snack-slots available .... it sometimes becomes a bit of a challenge to consume ENOUGH calories before having to up the evening one a bit in order to make a decent threshold, as the target keeps moving when exercise calories are also available.
I call this "inadvertent intermittent fasting" (eating all the daily calories within a smaller, deliberately-limited window of time) I can't manage that style on purpose of a weekday. But if it works for you and your lifestyle ....2 -

He he either did I till googled it! Ha ha good on u @lesdarts180 I honestly think it's amazing and ur right standing around is a waste of time. Xo1 -

Today I met for the first time, in person, a half-sister, a half-brother, and a cousin (along with her son and grandson). Joining them was a half-brother I have met and his girlfriend. The two half-brothers are full brothers, so, between the 4 siblings, we have 1 father and 3 mothers. (There are three more half-siblings that I know of, with two additional mothers... apparently my birthfather was a bit of a horndog. We went up the mountain to have lunch and then did a bit of walking in a small glen. For dinner we went to a place for dinner accompanied by some classic funk music. The day was, at times, awkward but, in general, went better than I expected. I had a locally (as in "up in the Phoenix area") brewed double chocolate porter called Sex Panther. No regrets. Hahahahaha!6 -

@bradkcrew I am a regular treadmill user. I bought a plastic book holder to hook over it so I read while on the treadmill. However, I walk rather than run so that might not work for you. I use my iPad Kindle app because the font is larger on it than the smaller Kindle reader. The reading distracts me from my walking which I do because it's good for me and not because I particularly enjoy it inside. I much prefer to walk outside but the environment I live in isn't always conducive for it. On the rare occasion I don't feel like reading I'll watch a video on the iPad instead.
