Starting weight: 200
Last Week: 187.8
Current Weight: 186.4
I worked out on Thursday. I walked 2.61 miles and exercise bike I did 4.4 miles. Friday and Saturday I didn’t do anything. I’ve been working 10-12 hour shifts at work and I think my body needed rest. I slept most of Saturday, but was able to get some grocery shopping done so I can meal prep today.6 -

Day: Sunday November 21
Track: yes
Under: yes
Exercise: no - college kids came home so got them settled. Back to routine tomorrow.
We will see how bad 2 days off exercise and homemade dinner hit me tomorrow on the scale. Not my weigh in day but I do daily because I need to see my pattern. So kind of interested to see where I am. I came in this am 2oz down from Friday morning before lunch with my girlfriend and party last night.. so those events didnt hit me too bad. Not sure what will happen by Wednesday for the scale..hoping I can keep on track with the kids home. Also not sure if I will see the losses like the past couple weeks.
Good news was hubs said one kiddo made comment to him about changes he could see in me. He had only seen me all wrapped up in coats at his games in past month so been a while since I was in "regular clothes". I will take it! 🙂4 -
Weight in day:
Starting weight: 180
Current weight: 182
Not only didn't I lost but I gained. Last week I hit 178 and I just had to ruin all week training within 2 days. The weekend was a disaster. Didn't log, didn't exercise that much, and didn't drink enough water at all. I just can't understand what has gotten into me. I need to fix that this week.5 -
Guess I have been MIA for a couple of days.

@gsheppy. Pw 211.9. Cw 212.6. Friday and Saturday. Didn’t log. I lose it come the weekend. Today. Remembered to get in the scale before coffee. Hope everyone had a great weekend
@gsheppy You are in the same neighbourhood, so it's not too bad. With a little effort, that will come down again for you!2 -

@forbes_melissa You are definitely doing the right things with the time that you have; appropriate rest is just as important as exercise! Well done on another great weigh-in!2
