Calories: Well, I was supposed to be upping my calories into a maintenance level but when I entered my food into the tracker tonight it turned out to be a really low calorie day.6 -

Exercise ✅ Some new (to me) activities today. Dog training this evening had me walking quickly alongside Beau while we did some agility and trick training. I am exhausted! In addition 30 minute walk today.

@Jana_2020 – thanks for the cheerful opening today.
@donna25trinity – glad to see you’re getting out and about again
@biketheworld – very useful ideas. I don’t think todays’ commercial airlines would encourage passengers in the cockpit. I think my partner will be better off asking the doctor for some help. Like @taurie he seems OK once he’s on the plane (although any turbulence gets him anxious again). Personally, I’ve been flying since I was a baby (in 1950 when Heathrow was still little more than a Nissan hut in a field!) and have flown in a wide variety of aircraft including military planes and helicopters and nothing really worries me but I am sympathetic to my partners issues.
@SummerSkier – I wish we could still see at glance which of the previous days in the UAC group had new messages and how many new ones. I think I’m missing some of the late posters.
@Mrs_Hoffer and @slimtastesbetter – It’s cold here too, frosty this morning. I shall have to wrap up well to go out on the bike.

@Jana_2020 Thanks for the opening post. I always appreciate being reminded of consistency. This is another pass day for me but it is still great for me to consistent in logging in and reading up on the posts. I loved reading the reference to 'bus stop' exercises and plan to google it later. This is something I would have missed it I had not taken the time to log in even though I am in a flurry of pass days.

I agree that generally consistency is good, but I am looking forward to my plan to stop being consistent for Thanskgiving. I have adjusted the planned calories in MFP to be 150 higher for the rest of the week after Thankgiving and I just keep looking ahead at that and thinking how a slice of pie is going to fit so neatly into those 150 calories (added to the 150 calorie treat I usually allow myself - so 300 calories for pie).
I am at a nice low weight heading into it though...
I named myself slow and steady, but I think maybe more accurately my pattern is slow and in fits and starts...
So much great discussion on the "What's on My Mind" section that I don't have time to comment on this morning.
Thinking a lot about maintenance and when I will be in maintenance. On my walk yesterday, I decided that 3/15/22, which is my daughter's 10th birthday, is a good date to assess whether I am ready to be at maintenance. Considering I am working on losing the weight from my pregnancy with her, I think that makes some weird sense.5 -

Does anyone else but me miss the little red bell notifications that there are new posts in discussions you are following since the change over. I can see it on my PC but not on my phone. Navigation seems a lot more awkward. I see a lot less Bboard activity also everywhere.
