Hard to believe December is just around the corner! This has been a totally life changing year for me.

Ended my month on a 45min jog and my 1st hill jog too. I had to stop and walk a few times up it but all good the main thing is I braved it and I feel so great for it!! After pelvic issues I never thought I would be able to jog but I'm up to my 3rd week of jogging 5 days a week. First time I jogged the earliest i could get on the road was 6.45am and I could only manage a few minutes now I'm out of the house by 5.20am and am doing 45min! Feeling very proud and grateful that I'm able to do it..

Wow, so many UACers ending the month with 3 Yesses, you are all an inspiration!
I on the other hand decided to be lazy and not track. 🤭
Did I stay within calories? - I think so but not entirely sure.
Exercise- it was raining out and I was feeling like I was getting a cold, so I decided to stay inside and use our treadmill. (Besides, I did that 7 mile run yesterday. ☺)
Treadmill- a 30 minute walk plus a 2 mile jog. 🙂

We made quite the raft of sea otters this month, didn't we? Holding hands out there, keeping each other from drifting as best we could.
Looking forward to continuing to getting re-attached even more securely to the December raft ... strengthening connections with returning members, getting acquainted with new-comers ....
In my exergame, I "make a new rainbow" every day. Consider today's as the bridge to a new month of UAC, and a new chapter in everyone's personal "DYI New Sustainable Lifestyle" story.

Exercise: over 14,300 steps (and not quite bedtime yet) So met with a VENGEANCE today.
Logged : all in and accounted for! (including the pumpkin spice pecan butter tart)
In Goal: what with sooooo many fitbit-credited exercise calories .... easily done with LOTS of uneaten exercise credits still in the pot. ALL macros green and Fat on exactly "0"
When I came back after 7.5 months away, I had no expectation of making Winner's Circle first time out of the gate. But that's what happened.
ONLY 2 pass days used (one from bad planning, one from no-exercise because I wasn't feeling great)4 -
I'm sorry to say today was another pass day even though I wasn't planning for it to be. My flight home was delayed 4.5 hours and I was already at the airport 1.5 hours earlier than I needed to be because my partner had an earlier international flight for work. What a huge pain that turned out to be with Covid requirements at his destination and not actually knowing if he was really going to go until he checked in. Anyway, two crappy airport food meals and I ended up way over on calories.
Tomorrow is a new month and I'll be doing at least 16 days of a strict anti-inflammatory diet while he's gone and then decide where to go from there. Although he participates in the food preparation I do all of the meal planning around here so not having to take his wants into consideration will make it easy.8 -

Exercise? Yes - I was super frustrated at work today, so when I was finally able to go to lunch, I went for a walk. I felt better when I went back.

I have to come back and correct my earlier post. I ended having a small portion of my husband's homemade pasta and garlic bread. So yes to tracking and exercise, no to staying within calorie budget.3

Ending strong!
Exercise - Something like 90 minutes walking for work. Some of it more like walking and some more like hiking (uneven terrain). I got around 9,000 steps according to my phone - which makes me even more in awe of some of your numbers, because that felt like really a lot!
Tracking - Planned the day, followed the plan. I really wanted to get a hot chocolate after my very cold field day, but fortunately I actually didn't pass anywhere on the way home until I was right around the corner from my house. I made promised myself an almond milk dandy latte when I got home and I kept that promise - so that was added to the total.

So Winner's Circle! I am amazed at myself.
