It's important to stick around the UAC and continue to post everyday..... even after you've used up your 3 Pass Days for the month. It helps to keep you in the habit of tracking and logging every single day by keeping the 3 pillars in the forefront of your mind - even after you feel like you've "failed" and feel like giving up for the month.
No matter how many Pass Days we end up using, it's more important for us to to keep working at it than to give up, drop out, or just "take the remainder of the month off!"
We need to not think of it so much that we've "failed"... yes, we may not qualify to be in the Winner's Circle, but we are a CHAMPION if we continue logging every day through to the end of the month! Try to think of it as "practicing" for next month's Winner's Circle!!
I think that sticking around and being a CHAMPION is often just as difficult (if not more difficult!) than staying under 4 Pass Days! (just my opinion!)So here's our list of amazing CHAMPIONS for December!!

Wowsa @roma7774 7 miles! That's fantastic! I usually do a very long walk on the weekend, I call it my #icecreamwalk , but haven't done that since November. I'm a wimp and I just hate the cold. I know I need to just layer up and go do it, but I haven't been able to muster that much energy yet! Lol.

Pass day 0/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).7 -
* 30min jog, 30 min weights, jumping waves at beach & stretch.
*Meditation and journaling
* Slightly over deficit calories but well under maintaince calories. (I will be allowing my self the freedom to do this for next 3 months so I dnt feel deprived and restricted. Will be interesting to see if the weight on the scale comes down as a result 🙏🤞)
* Tracked honestly
* Monitored sugars and under.
* Was a public holiday here so proud I still got up at 4.30 am to knock out my workout. Also proud I didn't go to crazy in food.

Riding the old recumbent 6.5 has been my distance for 30 minutes. Good but cold day. Had a little bit of activity yesterday trying to put up decorations and really hurt today. Praying that I didn't wreck my insides.6 -
