What do you like to do for fun? I love reading, swimming, crocheting, dancing & no 1 spending time with grands.
What major city do you live in or near? Chesapeake, 30 mins from Virginia Beach
What are you health/fitness goals for this season? Getting back on track, small goal losing 10lb increments until I reach my main goal of 160.

Hello I’m Tati,
I’m a 33 year old mother. I had two kids in two years, and now they are 3 and 1, which gives me a bit more freedom to take care of myself. I love my mom bod, but I’m ready to get back to a fitter me. I want to have more energy, fit better in my pre-pregnancy clothes, look good naked 🙈 although my spouse swears I do, but he has to say that.

The theatre, restaurants, play with my kids, reading, hopefully one day soon traveling

I’d like to lose 10lbs (which is 5.5%, but close enough), I’d like to build up my cardio, get into body weight training at home

Weight: 81KG or 179lbs
Dress size: 8 US, but it’s getting tight 🤪
Frame: Medium
Problem areas: Tummy and arms are last to slim down
Medium term goal: lose 25 lbs/11KG by end of June or fit nicely is size 6 dress

Watch youtube, try out new crafts. Would really like to get in to whittling/woodcarving. Reading (fantasy, sci-fi, horror, apocalyptic) although I haven't read anything new in a long while.

Need to get back to where I feel better and have more energy. Gained back about half the weight I lost due to some minor health issues, COVID shutting down the exercise studio and extra stress at work. I do not work as hard on my own as I do in a group.1 -

Never did one that I remember - I participated in some Done Being The Fat Girl Challenges. They did help launch me forward.
What do you like to do for fun?
Fun? LOL I need to get a life. I play with my critters and enjoy gardening. I love nature. Hiking, walking.

Lose my 5% walk, water aerobics, stretching, improve my mobility. Plan and prepare me and my families eating better. Make it so my size 24 jeans fit better, possibly fall off.
