Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep - a balmy 30 degrees today so I went for a long walk
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Well, yes and no. Because I’m having trouble getting outside and being active, I changed my activity level which decreased my calories. However, today I was pretty active so if I’d left my activity level alone I would have been ok.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Pass days - too many but ok with that.

✅ Exercise - 1 hour of Jazzercise plus several hours walking around Ano Nuevo State Park to see the elephant seals. I managed to sustain a plank for over a minute today. Previous days I’ve had to put my knees down part way through.
✅ Calories - It was close, but with exercise, I was under.

My 1,500th day streak on MFP.
11,200 steps - felt the best I’ve felt while walking in a while!!!!
Macros/micros all great
The to be improved:
Calories a bit high (by 100 cals)
And I didn’t weigh a couple of items…. No good reason. I used to weigh EVERYTHING to the gram. I intend to get back to that level TOMORROW because I want accurate data! It’s time to return to what I did before.

I've been using the programs built into the treadmill the last week or so and todays Speed Interval was too slow because my watch only recorded 11 mins. I was already planning to add the dumbbells anyway but they saved me today. The problem is the workouts add 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down but they can be super slow and I might as not be moving as far as the watch is concerned.6 -

So, Pass Day 2. Pass Day 1 was Jan 1.
I have said I don't tend to have a problem with stress eating. But I was definitely stress eating. I am getting my covid booster today, and because of my autoimmune stuff that brings it with the possibility of feeling sick for a long time. I have a ton of work stuff that really needs to get done, and who knows if I'll be able to do it - trying to do it all before the shot but that is totally impossible. Especially since, due to covid, my childcare is far from reliable.
Maybe the booster this time will be no big deal.8 -

hey guys guess what?!! We did not have an opener today and the world did not end.... LOL... As far as the booster. I got the Moderna half dose one because I did not like my reaction to my 2nd pfizer one bit. I had an extra lump on my shoulder/arm for a few days which was a little painful but no where near the 48 hrs of wierd stuff from the 2nd shot. It's pretty random. I also CHOSE to continue to get out and DO and RUN because I was on a streak at the time and I think the mental attitude also helped.5
