Exercise: ✨ core work - 12 mins; balance practice - 5 mins; fitbit says 61 "active minutes" (two outdoor walks/errands plus indoor exergame) / 10,543 steps (daylight outdoor steps will be soooo much harder to get in once I am back at my desk next week)

@MadisonMolly2017 - wow, congratulations on your MFP streak! That's over 4 years,. continuously checking in on MFP! Now that's what I call a good habit.

Thank goodness for this group. Yesterday I was about to eat/binge something. I wasn't hungry and I had already reported my three yeses for the day in our thread. I really didn't want to come back and amend it to a pass day, so that stopped me from eating. That's not to say that I didn't eat all the way up to my calorie limit for the day including exercise, but it could have been much worse. So thank you all for the motivation.

Thinking about it this morning, I'm pretty sure I get in these situations when I don't drink enough water. It always corresponds to when I travel either in a car or by plane since I don't always have the convenience of a bathroom nearby.

Thank you @enlightenme3 !! Great detective work with the water!!

My 1,500th day streak on MFP.

11,200 steps - felt the best I’ve felt while walking in a while!!!!

    Macros/micros all great

    The to be improved:
Calories a bit high (by 100 cals)
And I didn’t weigh a couple of items…. No good reason. I used to weigh EVERYTHING to the gram. I intend to get back to that level TOMORROW because I want accurate data! It’s time to return to what I did before.

    PassDay 2
    1 remaining

1,500th day streak on MFP VERY inpressive!
