Yeppir! It's that time again!

You'll notice on the February Volunteer Schedule that I have filled in most of our 'regular' content creators - every OTHER week, so that you'll have two dates in February instead of 3 or 4. I thought this might give our regulars a little bit of a 'break', plus it would give others a chance to sign up for some dates as well.
Content creator just means that you "Introduce" the post topic for the day, and typically that's done the night before - since we have UAC teammates in the group from all over the globe and they are waking up as some others of us are going to bed!!
As a Content Creator, your post doesn't have to be anything elaborate - it can be a topic for discussion of something that you are struggling with, or just want some insight and opinions of others! We have a lot of wisdom and knowledge in this group from people who have been 'maintaining' their weight for several years now.
Please check out the February Volunteer Schedule in the new UAC Group for February and be sure to post THERE (not here) if you have any questions, or would like to sign up for a specific date (or change your date!)

Tracking so on point. Yayyy feel really accomplished. Seen 2 kangaroos having a bit of a fight on morning jog so that was pretty cool. The 4.20am wake ups hve caught up to me so fell into a heap last night and will continue to go bed super early till I start to feel better. Hve a great day guys. Xo10 -

Should have gone to the gym today but I met friends for coffee this morning and needed to catch up shopping and chores this afternoon. I did get two bike rides in β one to the cafΓ© in the morning and then to the shops in the afternoon.

Whoa...January did fly !!
So many good days... still fasting, shin splint is the decided leg pain I had...and it's alot better...so I am encouraged... will try strengthening exercises when pain completely resolves.
Covid, thankfully, mild...came and went.
Have to undergo a uterine biopsy tomorrow...yuck...but really think it will be fine .

I (fortunately) had a follow up doctor appointment scheduled for today with my general practitioner. On Saturday I noticed a soreness in my right hip/upper thigh when standing/sitting, only to see signs Sunday of what looked like a rash around my waistline in that area, and it oddly seemed connected. Luckily it's only shingles (hey, could be worse, right?). On the other hand I now have shingles.16 -

@WhatMeRunning Bummer about the shingles Chris... your "just shingles" attitude is impressive. I hope it's not too terrible...
