We switched our dinner to lunch time (since my husband works from home now.) Really worked well!
Swapped in raisins for dark chocolate.
Cut out cheese.

Insightful post @StayFITTer. We have to change our work login password every 3 months. Since joining MFP, my password is usually a seasonal goal that I am working on. My fall and winter passwords have been Consistency (with some #'s on the end). Although I haven't mastered losing weight consistently yet, I can say I have been consistent in a couple of other things related to the journey, so there is improvement.
Not logging or exercising but still maintaining good days & not letting perfect be the enemy of good.
