Goal weight: 120-125
Last week was a wild one. I gained and then dropped 6lbs of water weight over that week so. Mostly just letting this ride out, getting back to my norm and seeing where things go.
2-3: 123.9

I haven't always been consistent posting here, but I'm glad to have this group for when I need some accountability. I recently resumed a practice of logging and journaling. Am curious to see what will happen.2 -
February goal: to get 3-4 weight training sessions in per week. To daily track calories. Trying to get back to healthy habits. I had covid the first week of February so I'm starting now.3

I'm with @GazelleLady. staying steady is pretty impressive right now given Valentine's Day cookies, increased weight training and a sore knee from a collision in soccer (so, less cardio this week). I'm starting to think that 130lb is just where my body wants to be for now. Sigh.

There was still some water retention from getting pretty sore over the weekend this week, was dipping into the low 148's before that (and actually again this morning), so I was okay with that. I did over eat calories yesterday, but tracked it all, so will try to make it up over today and tomorrow.2 -

I haven’t been feeling well the last couple of weeks so I haven’t been exercising and I’ve been eating a lot. I’m starting to feel better now and got to the gym yesterday and today. After such a big break, I’m super sore.
I have a ball coming up in April (as well as my 45th birthday) I’d like to feel confident in a gown, so I’m hoping that can help me stay focused for a bit.1 -

So I successfully tracked my food intake over the last 2 weeks and I have been successful with getting in exercise. I did create a weekly routine for myself to help keep myself accountable. My current weight 130.2 pounds and I'm ok here but by the summer I would like to be down to 125. Also, this is a new mfp account for me, I used to be on here so please feel free to add me for motivation.3

I am returning from a 5-day weekend road trip with my teenager for her hockey tournament. There was fast food and snacks galore, as well as at least two nights of adult beverages for the parents. I enjoyed myself, but proud that I didn't
over do it. I ate everything in moderation and had only 2 drinks but am definitely feeling like a slug. Bootcamp at 6am tomorrow morning should be a good kick in the butt!3 -
Hi there,
I am jumping in to this thread without further "adieu."
(I'm not obese, but I may be to heavy for this group at 5'5.5 and ~162. If that's the case, feel free to kick me out!)
I'm 40 years old, I have two cats, a husband and a stepson. Don't believe anything on my profile as that is woefully outdated.
My motivation is that I have a mysterious pinched nerve in my back and I can't help but think taking some pressure off would be a good thing.
I did not weigh in today, but my last weight, I believe, was 162.
My goals for the remainder of this month are
(1) to eat mindfully every day and pay attention to my hunger scale as I have a history of compulsive and sometimes binge eating;
(2) to track all my food and beverages;
(3) weigh in daily;
(4) post here every day no matter what.
I do quite a routine of PT exercises and spin-bike to manage my nerve symptoms. I would love to get back to what I think is "real" exercise, but I do burn a healthy amount of calories.5 -
Today was my worst weigh in all week, by a fair bit (go figure)

Three solid workouts later, I'm ready to check in and im ok with the result. The scale increase doesn't reflect how strong and fit I'm feeling. Muscle is good. 💪3
