    Adding 23.26 miles.

    Physiotherapy on my ankle is proceeding slowly so it may be a little while before I can run again. I’ve also had a steroid injection in my R hip for trochanteric bursitis - with judgement reserved on the left hip (will it improve with the stress taken off from the right hip?). All traces back to the 2 L ankle fractures in 7 months. There’s also a trace of gluteal bursitis which they hope will improve on its own as the R hip improves.

    ETA @Dave - it looks like an awesome trip in every regard. I must admit I wouldn’t turn down an opportunity to stay in that hotel - the boat looked pretty cool too!

    Decided to do the same to mine as I just hit my original mark today that I set when I was having surgery in a couple days from now. Now it's March 1st.

    @Dave March is apparently a good month for surgery. My trigger finger is scheduled for March 3rd. Starting to practice doing things with my left hand. Scooping the kitty litter isn't so bad.

    1.5 treadmill miles today.
