Weigh in week: March Week 1
    Weigh in day: Thursday
    Previous Week's weight: 254.5
    Today's Weight: 249.5

Finally, I got the scale to move in a downward direction. Last couple of weeks the scale moved only by half a pound, but I kept loosing inches around my waist. I will take inches over pounds any day, but it is nice to see the scale move downward to show my progress. Stay Motivated and keep moving!

I think I messed up the weigh in... The initisl one posted was for the first week as I weigh in on Saturdays or Sundays so I am still weighing in tomorrow which would be the loss (gulp gain) for this past week.

As for the daily chalnages and up till March 4th

    Track: yes
    Calorie: yes
    Exercise: yes

At my current weight (430lb) I am taking it easy on my joints and cardiovascular system and sticking to slow walking pace (15m per km) for 20 to 45mins.

Another is I want to lose weight from food control at this stage to rectify the root habits at core. At this level big weight shed (like water loss) is easy but meaningless for me and I don't want to lose muscle mass... So I am trying to keep an adequate protien intake as I lose weight.

Keep it up... Must keep track daily...I found missing a day could easily cause a spiral.

Ah... So familiar with these calls... For me staying under the Calorie goal is what counts. So what if I eat Papa John's... Make it thin crust to eat more than regular crust and enjoy myself 😂

I do agree that inches matter at some point more... Ppl are not formulas that are calculated perfectly... But it is still nice to see that scale tip the other way as well... Keep it up

    Thursday(Wk1; Day 5)
    Steps: 5549
    Total Calories: 1401
    Net Calories: 1361
MUAC: Yes / Yes / Yes
    As of Day 5: 🟢🚫🟢🚫🟢🔘🔘
    Total Cals: 9087(DailyAvg: 1817)
    Net Cals: 7533(DailyAvg: 1506)

MFP doesn’t really count for my average per day so I started keeping an eye out on these numbers. I’m finding it helps me to see the bigger picture when I go off the rails and succumb to those days filled with temptations. Sometimes they’re not as bad as they seem because the rest of the week maybe I was just that much more disciplined, Of course sometimes they just ARE that bad and the scale knows it

Yes!! You BOTH deserve to be happy about that 2 pounds! I personally see better sustainability with 2 or LESS lbs lost per week; like it’s been said time and time again: Slow and steady wins the race!
    Great job! 🥳
