Lightheaded and dizzy with Omad fasting

I'll try to keep this brief:

Male 5'10" 209lbs
Fairly strict key ketovore, peanuts and an occasional handful of berries
Been keto for 7 months in weaned myself down to one meal a day without any issues.
In January I had to go to the emergency room for either viral meningitis or debilitating migraine (docs still don't know)
Went back to three keto meals during 2 weeks recovery.
Now I feel light-headed and shaky whenever I try to fast even to noon.

My typical omad meal would consist of a pound or more of beef, three or four scrambled eggs with butter or bacon fat, cheese, large leafy green lettuce salad with grape seed oil and vinegar, sometimes some nuts.

how are the electrolyte levels? Make sure you supplement electrolytes if you aren't and then try to ease back into it day by day, an hour or 30 min at a time. And make sure you're eating enough during the eating window.

Personally I fast until 2pm. and then I have 3 meals. Very small lunch. Dinner. and then a bedtime snack. I need that snack unfortunately. I just can't do an OMAD. But I had to work my way up to the 2pm for sure.

I hope some of the suggestions help. If anyone else has insight please do chime in.

Thanks baconslave! I do add keto chow electrolyte drops to all the water I drink during fasting...
