What do you use for noodles? I am assuming you can’t eat noodles on keto.
I use House Foods Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine shaped noodle substitue ...20 calories 6g of carbs and 0g sugar...The smell is off putting but if you rinse them really good then the smell goes away.. I must say my Pad Thai came out delicious ...I will be having it again today2 -

Steps - 8104. Definately a lot more but I was carrying large boxes of food.
Calories - 1836 or close.
Exercise - 2.5 hours setting up a food distribution site. Tables, lots and lots of food.

Can you confirm your weight for the week? Great NSV! I hope you feel better soon.
Yes, it stayed there for a few days. Feeling quite a bit better, thanks.
NSV: I am noticing improvements in my stamina, and also in the fit of my shirts.5 -

one thing I do to help with my snacking is have single size servings of chips that I know the calorie count and just eat that. This week I am going to get some nuts and weigh them into serving sizes for the week. My husband puts all snack items up where I can’t reach them or hides them from me. It does help with the snacking.
If you want you can move to maintenance for April and see how you do. With maintenance you still weigh in weekly. You pick a maintenance range and if you go above that range for more than 2 weeks you come back to the regular team. There is a thread for maintenance.mari_moulin wrote: »Happy Saturday team. ♥️ Still trying to get back on top of things.

Swim 688/1500
Came up short on my step goal. I went to the pool for not very long. Spent most of the time stretching in both the pool and hot tub. I am heading over in a few minutes. My plan today is laps, legs and stretching. It’s grocery shopping day so I only got an hour.
Have a super Saturday!4 -

I feel kind of stuck around this number. I’m going to work real hard so I see a change next week.
Today is supposed to be a beautiful day in Santa Fe. I’m going to get in the garden and give everything a good watering and start the clean up. Lots of pruning to do!

Happy Saturday, Downsizers! I've been so busy that I can't remember if I posted yesterday - @Megan_smartiepants1970 steps:
3/17: 4,594
3/18: 4,874
I've still managed to stay at my calorie goal - hoping this coming week is more manageable! I hope you're all having a great weekend!!3 -

(1,076 steps are slow shopping, the rest are at 3.5 mph)
It was sunny and in the 50s today so did a quick walk to enjoy the sunshine before the rain next week. Will try to be outside walking more since free rec center will only be open 5 days/week until next fall.
There were a group of kids outside standing on a corner waving and yellijg “hi” to every passerby and motorist. So waved and said Hi” back to them. Just to give you an idea of how small my hometown is.
Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!3
