Got a nice, sunny and warm outdoor walk in earlier this afternoon and will probably get on the stationary bike this evening to stretch things out and loosen the knee up.
Hope you all had or are having a great weekend!!

Hit my goal yesterday and with 10 days left this month, I feel like I can raise/double my goal and still hit it without overdoing it. 18 miles in 10 days is totally doable with walking and biking. Never would've thought I'd be back to this point just two and a half weeks out from surgery!

So that makes 214 out of 300.

Thanks @Dean!

1.2 treadmill miles. Bocce ball this afternoon, too bad there's really no mileage with it, mostly walking to the middle of the court to see which ball is closest. Haven't played since my finger surgery but did test it out on my own and it seems easier than pickleball. Did that yesterday and got a few nice shots in.
