    Happy Saturday, Downsizers! Here's my check-in:

    3/25:
    Calories: 1,190
    Exercise: 75 minutes elliptical
    Steps: 14,102

    I'm getting ready to head out to our adoption stand in a few minutes. I'm hoping to get plenty of extra steps today. I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!!

    3/25 Forgot Fitbit at home

    Stayed within calorie range. Gonna get some Vitamin D and go to the park and play with our grandkids that are visiting from Texas.

    I will check back in on Monday. Make it a great weekend!!

    Back from the Galapagos Islands! Amazing trip!!
    I'm up 1.2 lbs since leaving, however I suspect it was gained in the week that I've been back (-:

    Hello all. I apologize for disappearing. I got so off track with my eating, and am now at my highest weight ever. EVER. I can't give up, though, I just can't -- it's too important. I know that I ghosted much of March, but I am here for April, for myself and for you. Our health and happiness matters. Hang tight with me, friends.
