Good afternoon everybody. Another week down at school. 1 more until spring break!! My steps were pretty good (I met my step goal everyday!) and my diet wasn’t bad either. I even showed a little bit of a weight loss. Overall it was a successful week. Hopefully I can keep it up.

Hello all. I apologize for disappearing. I got so off track with my eating, and am now at my highest weight ever. EVER. I can't give up, though, I just can't -- it's too important. I know that I ghosted much of March, but I am here for April, for myself and for you. Our health and happiness matters. Hang tight with me, friends.
