Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No not yet. I was tired today from work. Also had appointments and drove and that wore me out. Maybe tomorrow I will go for 4 five minute walks to come up with 20 minutes of activity.

Hate to start a new month with a pass day, but sometimes that's the way it goes!
Yesterday was super busy with visiting but I thought for sure I'd get 20 minutes to exercise today - not so. We are low on sleep and I didn't want to sacrifice it to get up early and then the walking time we were supposed to have was taken up with extra visiting time, which is my priority for this trip!
Congrats to all the March Winners Circle folks and happy birthday @DebyS1376 -

1st April 2022
* 30 min jog, 30 min weights, stretch and meditation.
* Tracked to a tee
* Under calories
Last month I overwhelmed myself with too many habit changes. So for April I'm going to keep it simple:
*Focus on tracking accurately
*Eating at maintaince
*2weekly measurments more so than the number on the scale.
* Weekend intentional exercise
* Go for a walk in lunch break
On a personal level I will continue focusing on:.
*Not over explaining myself
*An attitude of gratitude.
All the best with ur goals this month my Uac friend's, im sure your all going to do really well. Xox

01 April 2022
Exercise: Yes. Cycled to gym and did weights for an hour with PT. First day back in the gym since the funeral so we didn't go too hard.
Logged food: yes, as best as I could. Homemade things like carrot cake are harder to log.
Calories: under but only because I skipped breakfast to leave room for carrot cake which was delicious but I do NOT recommend doing that on a gym day!5 -

Congratulations to all the Winners!
Welcome to the newbies!
Exercise – yes.
Tracking – yes
Calories – yes
Winter has made a comeback this week, but I did get a 30 minute bike ride, also about 40 minutes in the gym. Struggled to get my cardio workouts done – aches and pains – only 8,440 steps.

I went looking for graphics on portion sizes just yesterday and I found these helpful….
“Handy hint: trace around one hand of each member of your family and stick it to your fridge as a visual reminder of how much to portion per person.”

And this one is more detailed:

Thank you! 🤗 That IS a really helpful and gentle guide!2 -

Starting off with a pass day
No exercise - difficult day at work and with my 6 year old, and I had a headache all day (related) so I just ran out of time.
Tracking - I mostly followed the plan I had set but deviated a bit. Just now I went back and fixed what I deviated - even recording the 3 peanut butter pretzels I ate.
Calories - on target
Pass days so far: 1
Congratulations to all the winners! So inspiring!4 -

❌ exercise
✔️ track
❌ calories
If I hadn’t woken up at 3:47am (alarm was set for 7am) I would have walked the airport but I was too tired for that. I managed 14 minutes unintentionally. I spent the night at a friends house and we went out for happy hour where my choices were questionable.
Today we’ll go pick up our other two friends and head to our destination town. We’re stopping for lunch along the way and I’m planning for salad with no dressing and a protein so as to better stay within calories.
I need to make better choices while vacationing.7 -
Friday April 1
Spent the day cooking and preparing food for the two night visit of our daughter and her partner. So happy to have them down until Sunday brunch. Freezer is stocked with healthy soups, stews, muffins, breakfast power cookies, and some treats for them to take home with them.
The fridge is filled with salads, and now, leftovers from last night. We didn’t touch the rhubarb strawberry crumble I had made for dessert last night and nobody needed any!
Tracked ✅ But didn’t pre-track (and I normally do), so was a bit surprised when I finally got it all into the tracker. 😳
Calories ✅ I used my exercise calories and left 3 in the bank. Haven’t been so close on this past 250 days of tracking. Pre-tracking is necessary for me is the lesson learned here. 💡
Exercise ✅ Early morning strength and core routine, walking.

Whelp, it's embarrasing to start out this way.
I let Monkey Brain get the best of me for a late baad lunch, again, after a terribly stressful morning.
I did get back on track for the rest of the day with food. And, still haven't figured out the exercise thang, yet. I need to make a lifestyle change, but it ain't happening, yet.
I am mostly just trying to keep Monkey Brain at bay, now. That is my main focus... since I keep having so many stressful days. I did so MUCH better last month. Exercise will be coming up cause I know that I still have it in me to get it done... even if not as much fun to exercise right now. I can do it!
So, all 3 were a No.
