    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No.

    I was feeling pretty run down today, so I took a rest day. Although I didn't overeat - so I probably didn't go over, but I didn't track. I went to church this morning, but nothing much the rest of the day. It barely hit 50(F), so hubby started a fire in the fireplace and I worked on my crochet afghan for my step-daughter who's getting married at the end of the month. I'll share a photo later in the month when I get it finished.

    @snowshoe072 Kate, we have a couple of pretty big hills out here where I'm at.... I never thought of doing that either!

    @jamcnewman yes, freestyle is a mixture of jogging and walking. It was actually mostly joggen, easy pace😊

    Pass day number 2 for me. No exercise led to lack of tracking which then led to eating over calories most likely. First time in 90 days I didn’t close my Apple Watch rings.
