    @jamcnewman yes, freestyle is a mixture of jogging and walking. It was actually mostly joggen, easy pace😊

    Pass day number 2 for me. No exercise led to lack of tracking which then led to eating over calories most likely. First time in 90 days I didn’t close my Apple Watch rings.

    Lost 8 pounds in a month only from tacking food! Loving how I look and feel now. Hurt rotator cuff is painful but no excuse for not hitting the gym for the bicycle. On vacation from work this week, so I plan on getting steps/gym time in especially when visiting Austin.
