I'm leaving after work today for a weekend trip to Pittsburgh for a massage training class. I'll be staying with my hubby's sister, and class will be 8:30am - 5:30pm both Sat and Sun. We get an hour for lunch, and instead of eating out, I'm bringing my freggies, my own keto snacks (for breaks or in class snacks!), and my new keto Super Coffee (Mocha flavor)!! I'm excited! The weather in Pittsburgh for Sat is supposed to be 43(F) with a 70% chance of "frozen mix" (ugh), and 48(F) and sunny on Sunday.3 -

On plan and tracked but no exercise.
Just tested positive for covid this morning so no idea what I can and won't be able to do. Plan is to just hunker down for the next 5 days and get thru this as easily as possible. May step back from this challenge.
