Can you name the original song title and artist?
Answer:Bon Jobi Living on a prayer
Can you provide another meme of another song that makes you smile?
(If you have difficulties loading an image, any saying / joke / memory-story that makes you smile will do!)3 -
I did Bodypump classes for about 15 years from 2000 to 2015. They used to use a lot of hard rock and metal tracks to get the atmosphere right. Even now, if an old tune comes over the musak in the supermarket I can feel my arms responding without realising I'm doing it.
Especially "Spirit in the Sky" which was used for a bicep track. Standing in the shop doing bicep curls with a tin of tomatoes! 🤣12 -

Same here with 'who let the dogs out'. 😄The song for spinning! When I hear it I need to pedal7 -
I could have taken this photo on Sunday night as it was the exact scene we witnessed on our after supper walk. 😂😂😂 We have many jackrabbits in the park (and at times in our front yard), but this was the first time either of us had ever seen a fight break out. 🎶🎵🎶 Everybody was kung fu fighting 🎵🎶🎵10 -

Non Scale Victory (I missed the 15th/this happened 5/17)
—Got ready to get in line at the Ikea bistro— they have chocolate chip cookies and cheap yogurt cones. I walked towards it. Contemplated the 2 for $2 cookie sign. Briefly imagined the impact, energy and sensations in my body as a result eating the cookie and I said out loud, “No, we’re not doing that today”. And marched right back out the door.10 -

¨Single ladies¨ is that song for me, that will forever remind me of an exercise class and make me have the urge to move (inappropriately) for almost any environment when I hear it. Years ago I was losing weight using Sparkpeople and through it met a woman, a math teacher, who was also a member of the Y. We decided to meet up and try a class together to have an exercise accountability partner. I love exercise dance classes, but this one we tried really pushed the limits of a Christian organization regarding the suggestiveness of the moves. The Single Ladies song was choreagraphed much like this part of the video with Justin Timberlake below. I will never forget my new friend pulling me aside and telling me--- I feel like we should have a pole to dance around for this class!I can´t seem to cue this to the spot. If you don´t want to watch the whole thing, advance to around 3:40 to see Justin demonstrate the moves of the class, including the ¨slap yourself on the butt¨ move that the instructor encouraged us to do. https://youtu.be/aR4TVE7RL6c?t=231

I don't have a song in particular coming to mind, but music is a huge part of my Peloton classes, and I love the way they program the songs to motivate me.
When I walk or bike outdoors, I am usually out without headphones.3 -

Fit in my exercise through three separate 20+ minute walks. Tracked it all. Under base calories.
Had my monthly appointment with the dietician today:
- 5.4 pounds fat loss
- 2.4 pounds increase in muscle
- visceral fat is now within normal levels
- Net weight loss this month 2.8 pounds
We are keeping my daily calorie threshold the same (1400) and no adjustments to macros.
I am glad that I get the insights that come from my visits with her. She is encouraging and supportive.8 -
@biketheworld , I don't recognise your goat in a Ford but it's good.
I see the North American contingent have been busy updating while I've been asleep! Here in Greece I'm 2 hours ahead of UK time, it's early Wednesday morning, the sun is bright, another hot day ahead.3 -
I'm using my phone so complicated posts are beyond me, but congratulations to all those who posted a good day.
@snowshoe072 , I hope you feel better today.2 -

Still 3/3
Tonight we have reservations at one of my favorite restaurants. This is going to be tough! I made a decision when I started that one thing I wouldn’t give up is eating dinner out. For the most part I can manage a restaurant menu and still stay within my limits. But this place is special, so It will take effort! The saving grace is that I can usually pass up restaurant dessert more easily than I can pass on my own.3 -
3x yes. Finished my 1 week cut successfully and altho I can tell I had reduced calories based on run performance, it was definitely the right move. Pass days used. 2 total to date. 8 and 10 May,5
