    @jamcnewman thanks for sharing

    What stuck out for me

    Be mindful of your eating habits
    Because I’m doing a mindfulness guided program through Fitbit and l find it hard to eat without screens/my phone. So excited to challenge myself in that way as well as listen to hunger cues/body.

    Cook more often—something I don’t do and desire to do more
    - Plan what you eat and getting kids Involve others in planning and preparing meals is dream of mine.

    Not my most shining moment today! Yesterday we talked about sweets in the house, and today I proved why I can’t have them.

    It’s a friend’s birthday tomorrow, and I’m supposed to bring her favorite peanut butter pie for dessert. I need Oreo cookies for the crust, 18 cookies to be exact. Of course you can’t buy 18 cookies. The package has about 3 dozen. I knew better than to buy them last weekend, so I made a trip out Friday night to get them at the last minute. When I got up Saturday morning to make the pie, there were exactly 18 cookies left in the package. According to the package, I ate over 1000 calories of Oreos! Just because they were there.

    Exercise ✅
    Tracking ✅
    Calories 🤪

    I’m now at 4 pass days.

    Friday pass day but the difference was made up before bed

    I have noticed that once I hit the 4th pass day and I am disqualified, I seem to start a "streak of pass days" - I need to stop this nonsense before I have a month of pass days.

    @KCJen -I get that! I just hit 5 for the month but hoping to not go higher. 2 birthdays, Mother’s Day and 3 school concerts didn’t help this month for me
