    I got a sick tooth and need to get a root canal and crown. My head is swollen and pounding like a jack hammer. I will have to take it easy for a few days.

    Goals/Day/Comments:
    I've just changed my calorie setting to not add exercise calories to my base calorie allowance. My new daily goal is 2,000 calories, consisting of 30% fat, 30% protein and 40% carbs. Hopefully, this will help me get back on track.

    CW: 164.0 (WK05-05/29) - Not much, but still a loss overall, PLUS, I walked over 10 miles last week and I'm almost back up to my former speed of 4.0-4.2 miles per hour!

    I have now resumed logging in my food diary and also will be logging my activity.

    I'd LOVE to continue in June!
