Goals/Day/Comments: Morning review. Slept better but still not great. Put in some extra effort to try and work off yesterday’s choices and feel good about what I was able to achieve. 💧164 oz. (over), ⛑ +25 (224) - working towards, 👟 7,587 (under).

@Mrscanmore ouch!!! Sorry to hear about that. I’m wincing in pain on your behalf. Take the time you need to heal & recover but don’t give up. You are awesome. When I registered it had me pick a weigh in day & I chose Thursday (6/2). That’s when I signed up but the previous challenge hadn’t ended yet. I updated my weight on Sunday (6/5). I’m honestly not sure if I report by 12pm EST on Saturday or today. I’m actually cool with the weekend just a little lost. Can you clarify?

Goals/Day/Comments: Water was just what the doctor ordered, got my zen back. Was feeling it everywhere before bed (had to hike uphill some with kayak in tow) so iced a bit. May need an R&R day but I’ll find some way to keep moving. 💧132 oz. (over), ⛑ +36 (284) - working towards, 👟 7,623 (under but the paddling made up for it).
