Good morning everyone! I'm going to carry over my weight this week as I'll be flying cross country in a few hours to visit the man child. I'll be checking in here periodically but won't be online much. Other than around 3:00 am when I'm the only one awake cuz I'm still on EST. 😂😂

So sorry team... I am dragging us down for sure. Know I rolled over weight last week so prob not the gain in one week but also know I have a puzzle to figure out. What was working isnt now so need to figure out a couple tweeks to jumpstart myself again. This change of life thing isnt cooperating... and while I have stopped all meds in... nothing goes into this body since oct, I also know that my monthly calendar and hding weight is all outta wack. Once I readjust these hormones hoping it all falls into place.

Exercise: Yes (Strength training, 32 min. HIIT & more celebratory dancing)
Goals/Day/Comments: Whew great recommendation from an accountability friend who lost 8lbs in 10 days! Put on some parachute pants for that song & got my toosh kicked! That is exactly what I needed to shave off the Froyo kids talked me into. Pushed myself hard yesterday & DOM’s are here so I’m a little concerned about tomorrow’s weigh in 🤞but all for good things.💧 144 oz. (over), 👟8,503 (under), ⛑ +17 (215).

Sorry I have not been around, busy taking care of sick kids has been all time consuming.
Did almost no exercise all week but kept calories close to or just slightly over all week.

Exercise: Yes (Strength training, 33 min. light rowing)
Goals/Day/Comments: Took an easy day yesterday because of the DOM’s. I was under my calories but in the evening I noticed I ate past being full. Breaking that no waste habit is hard. Scale didn’t go up this morning so that’s good, might show tomorrow. I owe a friend a celebratory dance & I’m trying to finish work early (self employed) so I can hit the lake this afternoon. 💧 160 oz. (over), 👟10,795 (met), ⛑ +19 (211).

Went for a hike to a lighthouse on the sound. We were almost back to the car when we discovered that part of the loop trail was closed due to construction. 😕 So we had to back track. Seriously? They couldn't have put a sign up somewhere??!!🤷‍♀️. Anywho, it was a nice day (by Seattle standards) and it was more steps than I have gotten in a couple of months due to my PF. It didn't bother my heel so hopefully I'm ready to start walking again when I get back home. I have missed that.

    Have a great day everyone!!
