    We are on our way out of town for 5 days. I have a 9 hour drive ahead of me today (without stops). So, I won’t be drinking much until we get to our hotel. I’m nervous about my weight loss being on the road and eating out some. But I will do my best to make good choices. Have a good weekend everyone!

    Summers are always hard for me in terms of weight control. For many different reasons. The trend up starts already in March, around my birthday, and usually I am able to slow gaining a bit until after Memorial Weekend. I always plan to revert this trend but fail over and over. Then in September I am literally crying, hating myself for being so weak.
    I can see this happening again this year. Things that motivate me and work in fall & winter stop working this time of the year.

    This is a guestimate. Forgot to weigh earlier. Mowed law, showered (wet hair), drank a lier of water, got my hair cut. Remembered to weigh (clothed). Subtracted a pound for all the water. Close? Eh.

    Did not make it to the farmers market as I spent my am mowing, gardening (pulling weeds in the huge beds I grow an amazing amount of weeds in...not many flowers, not veggies, just weeds). Now I need to convince myself to get some other things done. More gardening? Maybe. We will see. It is hot out there.

    I am sorry to the team! I fell off the wagon and did not post my weight. I hope I can still remain with the team and I will ensure you that I will post my weight in the future. I missed two weigh-ins, if I have to register again, I totally understand.

    I have been struggling. I was at my goal weight and I am allowing everyday outside influences bother me! I need to take care of myself and follow my goals!

    Can I also switch my weigh-in from Thursday to Monday? Kick the week off strong!

    I will post my weight tmo! I totally understand my weight not being counted this month. Can I still post until I can join back the team on official weigh-ins in July?

    I'd like to think that the gain is caused by the swelling in my leg but I know that, combined with poor food choices has put me where I am. New week, new attitude.

    Well, I'm GLAD I'm not seeing a bigger gain! But this is sad because it's my highest weight of my whole life! My highest before was 228! :( I'm just really stuck and can't seem to get back into counting calories! Help!
