Hi all,
My name is Michele. I’m starting over for the millionth time because I’m disgusted with myself. I’ve got my workout habit down, but I’m sabotaging with bad nutrition. I’m 44, 202.5 lbs and only 5ft 2in and I have celiac disease. .
Low carb has always been helpful in my weight loss in the past, so I thought this group could be helpful in learning some new food ideas and with accountability, especially as my summer vacation starts (I work in a school).
I’m looking forward sharing with and learning from you!!
