Praise'm Praise'm Today was weigh in day 2.2lbs are gone yay!! Tried a different Gospel Walk Video and although I did the whole 25 minutes it was less movement then the other one so think gonna go back to the harder one. Although I'm grateful as I had At Home Physical Therapy and boy did she work me so I'm exhausted 😩 so having an early night.gbj4120

Going the wrong way still. On the plus side, I actually did my strength training twice this week. Before that I hadn't touched my weights in two months. Also did my first “walk” in a while by mowing the lawn yesterday. It still been to hot out for the most part to do much outside1 -

My Covid job is over hopefully it’s a good sign that we have a better handle on it, Something in my eye will try and get a appointment will try and relax and not eat but I am stressed about it. Softball only a couple of games next week, I’m not sure about fall softball but basketball and volleyball to come soon.2 -
