    I’ve been eating too much junk and overeating too. This week will be different and hopefully I’ll lose the pounds .

    This gain is partly the bloat from the long weekend camping trip and partly the body reaction to the sedation, oral surgery and most of all, painkillers. My body retains water like crazy when I take even one pill of Ibuprofen and I was taking way more for two days. I guess I should be back to my more normal weight next week. Especially that I no longer need pain medication but still are on baby food diet - liquids only until Wednesday, then another week on soft food only. Sore jaw is quite an effective appetite suppressant!

    I really don't like how my body works. If I eat 1100 calories or less, I'll lose. If I eat more than that, I gain. I was hungrier than usual so eating 1100 or less wasn't cutting it. I ate between 1500 and 1800 each day but am up almost 4 pounds.

    Last weigh in. Thank you Team "Weight No More" for helping me remain accountable. Since April, I have been checking in weekly and logging my steps. 18 lbs. gone! My goal was to maintain this until September. You guys have been awesome and this has been a great jump start to my fitness journey.

    Some weeks I impress myself with my steps. I did get in zumba and a walk this week. This was also the childcare center that I work at, it was our first week of school. We were busy. I was up and down stairs all week, so maybe that counts as a workout. Today I was up early and off to zumba, just finished cleaning my house now i want to organize my cabinets, I went and bought a ton of bins. I just feel so out of sorts lately. Last week I worked on the snack cabinet. I had my husband rip out the slider with the metal shelves and we added some wood shelves and you can now see what's in there. I feel like we are always going and never home so I refuse to leave today and will get things done. My granddaughters started soccer yesterday. because they are not 3 yet it is a parent participation class. It was really cute to go watch. I swore to myself I wasn't going to go every week because I need me time but after watching yesterday I'm sure I will be there every week.

    Except for oral surgery day I did 10k+ a day and I am very pleased with that. With outside temperatures cooler in here it is easier for me to walk more. And school resumed so I walk my kiddo to and from school every day - that adds about 3k steps a day.
