Feeling lucky not to have gained to be honest, dinner choices haven't been great this, week plus ive had chocolate. I think i did help myself though by keeping the portion sizes small and i took the stairs to the tower block at work almost every day instead of getting the lift and ive made my morning walk a bit longer. Good evening all.
Check in:
Steps - 13655
Calories - 2400. Ate lunch out and selected tacos and diet coke. 580 cal. Good choice.
Exercise - pickleball yet again 2 hours and walk for 30minutes.
Tomorrow should be interesting. Getting another covid booster and flu shot. Luckily I don't have anything planned after that. Numbers are climbing again here and daughter's store has been hit hard. She is also going to Disneyland next week and doesn't want to bring it back to me.3 -

Here are just a few thoughts about Bingo:
1) Pre-record at least one meal and stick to it. (I constantly change mine up, so I'm not sticking to it)
2) Find a 100 calorie or less snack
3) Add 1000 steps
4) Try a new exercise or class
5) Find 3 new things to be grateful (for)
6) Climb a flight of stairs 2 steps at a time (walking). (I run stairs at home, but never 2 steps at once)
7) Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual. (I am a night owl...)
8) Get at least 8 hours of sleep 3x. (I feel lucky when I average 7 hours)
9) Park in the furthest parking space you can find (hubs is in a walking boot, so I've used closest)
10) Share a new inspirational quote. (I have some standbys that aren't new)
11) Share an inspirational article or author
12) Drink 8 glasses of water. (I tend to count coffee and tea in my liquid count...)
13) Something random that changed your mood or made you smile today
14) What motivated you today?3 -
