Had a fail but also a success. I ate junk food, Hawkins Cheezzies and a few mini halloween chocolate bars 😡 that’s the fail but, in the past I would then stop counting the calories and just forget about the day. This time I counted all the calories, accepted it, thought about why and how I could change it for next time. Progress!!
I am changing my weigh day to Monday.
I would like to join the step challenge too if possible.

I find my fitness pal and my Apple Watch/health app don’t always sync properly, anyone else??
Mine seems to be syncing better but not always. That’s a great NSV. Insight is a good tool. What did you figure out to do different next time? I am always looking at new ways to prevent unplanned snacks. Your steps are amazing.1 -

Welcome new members, I'm Lis, a team motivator. Here to help if you need anything
Impressive NSV. That’s a lot of steps.1 -
No pool today. My exercise wasn’t the best yesterday as my leg pain was bad. I did about 30 not very intense minutes. I am going for my injections this afternoon so hopefully there will be some relief and a better workout tomorrow.2

Good evening all.time for another TGIF.
Check in:
Steps - 11828
Calories - 2412. Good number for maintenance.
Exercise - pickleball for 2 hours. Played almost the whole time. Very tired.
Things will be interesting for a week or two. New glasses today with a hugely different prescription. Trying to get used to them but causing headaches.2 -
Weigh day! I was dreading it but ive lost a pound. Found it difficult to exercise before or after work, so i exercise in work instead by climbing the stairs to the tower block at least once a day

Happy Friday, hope you all have a great weekend1 -
BINGO
Avoiding eating when you have the munchies:
1. Look at a photo of "slim you" to remind yourself what you're working towards
2. Look at your food logs ... you can see the results of keeping those calories in check
3. Ask yourself which you want more ... the snack or the weight loss.
4. Bargain with yourself .... if you still want the snack in 15 mind then ok ... but try all your avoidance routine in that 15 minutes!!!1 -

I am back in the spreadsheet with my starting weight entered. It’s not pretty as I gain around 6 pounds. My eating is better still needs work. I have several lines on the bingo. The thing that made me smile yesterday was I had a video chat with my youngest granddaughter and she really interacted with me.
Here’s my bingo card. The motivational quote should be marked off and I will exercise for 45 minutes today to clear that square.3 -

I had a late night mindless eating session last night. Instead of turning off the TV when I was tired I grabbed a bag of flavored popcorn to stay awake to watch the end of the movie. I wound up eating the whole bag, 800 calories. Scolded myself but I am not going to dwell on it since it is a new meal time and I don't need to carry those crap feelings with me like I used to.2 -
I'm down in the 270's and am less than 50 pounds away from my goal. I can't believe it. Running is causing my weight to just fall off me, and I've started eating 400 more calories a day to slow it down.4
