The movie was "Woman King." It is based on a true story. We are just grateful the theater was practically empty.

Thanks. I'll have to see if any of our local theaters is offering motion with the movie. I'd love to try it.

    Steps:

    11/9 7433
    12/9 6174
    13/9 7062
    14/9 6065
    15/9 7123
    16/9 7190
    17/9 7443

Did a lot better with my stepping this past week. Only missed my goal on 2 days, but I wasn't that far off.

I'm also doing better food wise, but definitely not yet what I want it to be.

I'm excited to see what the scale says on Wednesday.

    Awesome stepping!

Less than one pound each week but still a decline in back to back weeks and after many weeks of small increases, it's nice to see the trend reversing again.

As long as you are seeing a downward trend. Half a pound a week is a great rate of loss.

Good morning! With the sleep getting on track (🤞 it stays that way)I am starting to work on my evening snacking. The bread eating at night seems to have stopped with better sleep. Starting today I will be having a protein shake for my evening snack. I am hoping this will satisfy me. My shake is pretty boring as I don’t like berries or milk. I just put half a banana, the protein powder and diet cranberry juice. It works out to 170 calories and as a added bonus there are chocolate chips in the powder. I want to be on track when I start back to the main team in October.

This was yesterday evening as we were exiting our garage in our car. First photo they, cow and her calf, were mellow. Second photo, second camera flash, mama looked ready to take us on...😳

When we got home a couple of hours later, they were still there but laying/lying down. They didn't really get disturbed till they heard the sound of the garage door opening. Our car is silent. I'm glad I wasn't driving my truck, lol. Anyway, this morning the duo had moved on...

P.S. The port-a-potty is in the neighbor's yard. They have been doing some re-modeling work.

Great loss! How far are you from your target weight?

Thanks ... My goal was 140 so I am 19.8 lbs away....but my ultimate goal is 130 which is 29.8 lbs away

Impressive! I'm sure you'll be there in no time! My goal was 198lb the lowest I've ever been as an adult! But, now I'm nearly there and realise I can do it, I've dropped my goal to 189lb and realise I might even go lower!

Congrats! Are you going to start running regularly? It’s been years since I ran but it makes you feel really good. It’s going to be stupid hot today so stay hydrated if you go running.

These pictures make me think of Newfoundland. You often have moose walk down the street.

We just found out, here, the 4DX is only available in 2 movies currently out.

Speaking of movies, hubs and I use to go all the time, lol. I mean we would budget for it... Streaming services makes it much more of a treat. On the other hand, the price of numerous streaming services seems to make movies much more affordable. Hmmm

I was just thinking about that the other day. I have a bunch here so I can combine them and post it for next week. If you have any ideas for squares let me know.
