13 weeks until Christmas. Some people are smashing the lose 21lb challenge! Some people are on plan. Some are struggling ... but we're nearly all going in the right direction and that's what counts!!

Finally feeling a bit better. I’m hoping to be back to normal next week. This whole Illnesses makes me want to get motivated to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I can’t believe there is only a week left to the September challenge. I really want to do well in October. I saw the pain specialist on Friday for the first time. He gave me some injections in my back, shoulder and upper spine/neck. I go back every week for more injections and he is going to add some for the leg pain. I know the shoulder is helping as it’s not waking me up.
This week is my practice week to get me in the swing of things for next week. My goals are to swim 4 times, log all my food and participate in the bingo.
Three things I am grateful:
1. My beautiful granddaughters
2. The support of my husband
3. The support of this great team

Back to meal prepping .... I have chocolate banana bread in the oven .... making instant pot carnitas for dinner.... need to make pork cabbage rolls , string cheese breaded sticks ...butternut squash ravoli's ( I cheat (I use wonton wrappers) and much more2
