    I’m so sorry I’m once again a day late for my weigh-in. I’ve had some busy weekends here and then I have to play catch up. Hope you all had a good week ♥️

    No worries. I got you in the spreadsheet before Liselyn does the tallies. You are so lucky to see Ed Sheeran. I mostly listen to 80’s music but I really like his songs. He was also a mentor on the Voice last season and he was fantastic.

    I am up really early this morning. I am going to go to the pool when it opens. Hopefully, there are not too many ladies there as it’s hard to swim laps with them walking around and stopping to talk. My husband has wanted KFC lately. It’s so unhealthy and it hurts my stomach. I am going to try to make it in my air fryer today. I don’t usually cook chicken with the skin on so we will see. Still will be higher in calories but no oil or deep frying. I really need to get a bigger air fryer. Mine is really small.

    Thanks ... My goal was 140 so I am 19.8 lbs away....but my ultimate goal is 130 which is 29.8 lbs away

    Check you local senior center. Ours runs intermural teams, a travel team, lessons, used equipment sales, etc. I had never heard of it before joining our senior center. The people participating in it truly seem to love it!.

    I am glad you all are checking pickleball out. It is fun and you don't have to be good to have a good time. You meet other people and have lots of laughs.

    Definately not played here in Andalucia, Spain but we do have Padel which looks similar!

    Did a lot better with my stepping this past week. Only missed my goal on 2 days, but I wasn't that far off.

    I'm also doing better food wise, but definitely not yet what I want it to be.

    I'm excited to see what the scale says on Wednesday.

    Less than one pound each week but still a decline in back to back weeks and after many weeks of small increases, it's nice to see the trend reversing again.

    The movie was "Woman King." It is based on a true story. We are just grateful the theater was practically empty.
